Here are some excellent websites and information to help you identify the pills you have found which were lying around either at home, work, school or even in someone else's pocket. You may want to find out more information about the pill and the possible long term effects if someone you know is taking them especially without telling you.

I found a pill and I still don't know what to do!. When you find a pill, check any bottles or blister packs that it could have come from. Don't be afraid to ask who it could belong to? There could be a much simpler explanation and it would save you all the unnecessary worry. NOTE: In certain situations, schools, collage's etc.; just because someone claims it's there pill, don't take their word for it, ask them to describe it before just handing it over. Someone may have dropped or lost it and really need it but did not want to advertise the fact they're on pharmaceutical drugs.

What I do when I find a pill? I taste it, giving it a lick won't harm you, but don't tell anyone I told you too! (disclaimer)! :/ If it tasted very bitter it could be ecstasy, but having said that, there are hundreds of thousands of pills on the market which also taste bitter so it could be anything. Oh, there have been cases where sweets/candy/mints have been mistaken for pills, that's when tasting helps. If it tastes of mint for example, you'll know straight away what it is! If I ever have to give my pet a pill, I taste it just to see what they will be going through, but more importantly, to determine if I need to mix the the bitter pill in a some really smelly fish food to disguise the bitterness.

Back to humans; If you're still having problems, with the help of the drug identifiers, you can search for drugs with a specific color or shape and any marking on the pills can also be checked. You can then select which closely resemble the pill you are trying to identify.

There are many types of home drug testing kits which you can purchase that will tell you it's contents (but not all the pill contents) but it will identify drugs such as MDMA (ecstasy).

How to find out what pills they are and what they're for. Just fill in the description of the pill below such as it's exact color, shape, dimensions, all markings and numbers/writing on the pill and you (hopefully) be given the relevant results.

I found a solid black pill capsule no numbers no letters was with some wild and crazy people not sure what it is they have been wanted me to try x

Parant_in_08...As much information is needed to answer your question such as shape and size of pill..Round can be many types of shapes!
If it has no markings it could be a foreign, vitamin, herbal, or diet pill.. Alos, due to the washing cycle it could have changed the colors!
i found a pill in the washer and was wondering what it is...their are no markings on it and it is brown on one end white in the middle and pink on the opposite side...can anyone help?

i found a pill in my wifes pocket and she says she does not know what it is. its a white rounded triangle pill witha D on one half and another D other the other half and the other side has a what looks like an 8 but made with a backwards 3 and a normal 3 if u understand what i mean does n e one know what this might be???

I can't find what this pill is. It is 5 sided and pink. One side just has a line to cut it in half. The other side has a symbol of what seems to be a beaker with a long "pouring spout" on the left of it, and a "handle" like a handle of a coffee mug on the right.
