What Is The Best & Fastest Browser? Internet Browser Reviews: 2012
By compu-smart
What exactly is the best and fastest browser? What's good for the goose may not be good for the gander. Let's say John and Jane test drive every available browser. John may decide that Firefox is the best browser while Jane is sure that Internet Explorer is the best. Who is correct? Answer: Both! That's because the best browser is the one that meets your needs and more importantly, those of your PC.
It's all about individual preference – for example, if every member of your household had the same PC and specifications, they would still never agree on which browser is best. Why? Because each PC will have different amounts of hard drive space/capacity/shortage, etc. Each PC will have their desktop customized with fancy visual gimmicks and so on. The add-ons, and toolbars each has, as well as many other factors is why it's important to find the right browser.
The most common browser used today is Internet Explorer. Many people think there are no others - but there are and much better. So, what exactly is the best and fastest browser? These questions are very common, but have many answers. Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are the top two rated browsers.
Whats best? Only YOU can decide
Browsers are like vehicles: in as much as you want to travel fast, securely and in style with lots of cool features. Test drive each browser and observe its performance. The browser I use depends on my journey. A change of browser can result in better performance. Faster page loading and videos that buffer seamlessly. If you do decide to use different browsers, you'll soon notice how different they each perform, from surfing the web, page scrolling to variations in performances and more.
Having a variety of browsers installed on your PC makes using the Internet easier. Because all browsers are not compatible with every website you visit. Most times you won't even realize what your not seeing. Browsers also have tools and other gimmicks that are unique. What ever you decide, never uninstall browsers that you don't use. It's best to keep them for a rainy day when you have problems with the ones you are using. If you decide to switch to another, I recommend that you never uninstall 'Internet Explorer' from your PC because it is an integral part of your computer. Having numerous browsers installed on your PC is not a problem provided you have enough disc space!
Browsers get slower and slower the longer we use our PC because the hard drive gets fuller so to speed things up you could do a variety of things such as remove unwanted applications that you don't use. Clear your Internet cache files regularly. Reduce your browser plug-ins, Spy-ware and Ad-ware. Disable images within the browser settings, especially if you are only using them for script-based searches. Turn off flash, Java, images and sound, etc. Close tool bars and other programs when not in use which is very useful if you're one of the remaining few dial-up users! or instead of turning off individual features from your favorite browser, try selecting another browser and turn off all the features you don't use. This will enable faster page loading and provide more time for surfing/researching. You can simply switch to your existing browser when you need to...

It does so much more than just improving your systems performance, it will quick-fix your registry, gain disc space, fix invalid files and so much more. Mozilla Firefox
Firefox
Firefox has a tabbed interface, pop-up blocker/built-in multiple search tools and built-in RSS reader. It handles nicely, and its always stable. The spell check for text boxes uses the familiar dotted colored lines under words although the others also have this feature. If you need an extension for something, the Firefox extension capabilities are powerful and easy to use. It also offers many themes. I have been using Firefox since day one and, compared to the others, it is in a class by itself -- although Opera does come extremely close. Firefox, as well as all other browsers, can be downloaded, installed and run in conjunction with any existing browsers you have. Firefox 8 beta version is also available.
Supports all Windows 98 to XP & Vista: Mac OS X and several varieties of Linux and Red Hat Linux 8.0.

Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer 9 is a major improvement to IE8 -- and about time, too! For such a popular browser, it's losing its popularity every day, but it is still one of the most popular browsers. It has a new navigation bar and a better design. It has tabbed browsing. The addition of its zoom function at the bottom of each page is very useful. Although the “find next” tool is still weak, it has an impressive range of plug-ins. IE9 has great improvements in security and new features compared to IE8. A great browser to download Firefox with!. IE10 now available.
Supports: Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) Windows XP Professional x64 Edition Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) - vista compatible.

Safari
Safari
Safari is a webkit based browser native on all Apple products, it also has a PC version though most PC users tend to choose Firefox as the main alternative to Internet Explorer.
Safari excels on Apple computers because it links very well with the mac's other applications which makes it an easy natural choice. Sending email links or live web pages couldn't be easier. The history function is also very helpful as it uses (iTunes style) cover-flow to scan through large thumbnails of the pages you have visited. It's particularly useful when you can't remember the name of a URL but can remember an image or what it looks like.
Supports: Mac and PCs.
Google Chrome
Google Chrome

Opera (Mini) best on Android phone btw.
Have always used Internet Explorer (good support of anything + In Private navigation + other solid stuff which other browsers just copy here and there).
Eventhough IE can be rather slow sometimes, compared to some others.
Opera e.g... excellent speed - but awful for visiting Youtube on the other hand ...

Firefox is like blackberry, it was only good when there was nothing better, right now only apes and brainless tards that don't even know why it is "better" use it. Its pretty much like beliving in god, you don't have a clue what it is you never seen it but you heard someone saying he is good.
I was always a big fan of Chrome. But now a days it keeps crashing with the build in shockwave thing.. Looking for a new browser now
1. FIZZLIVE
2. FIREFOX
mozilla firefox is best.....................

i liked firefox the best
I like Google Chrome for its fast browsing, easy to use features, cool design and cool extensions, however; I see Google Chrome has few and crucial issues. First of all, it crashes. Each site you open, it considers to be a new process and takes a lot of memory resulting in system hang...So I think if google chrome can fix these issues, it will undoubtedly be number one browsers.
avant browser is the best browser .
his feature is eaier to use than other browsers and it use less memory and so far so good
chrome the best
well, i used Firefox and chrome and opera, on my netbook!! and i can say chrome is just awesome really!!
I mostly use Comodo Dragon, wich is a Chromium based webbrowser, made by Comodo, a company for antivirus software. Wich makes Dragon extreemly safe to use!
FIREFOXXXX
As a website builder I say best are Mozilla Firefox and Opera with a little comeback from IE. As user I preffer Opera just because of 2 freatures I adore : Magic Wand and Sessions. Non browser is perfect as most of them have bugs displaying certain HTML code. They interpret HTML as the developers who implemented the browsers viewed the code. It's a long story but if you like. Just test them and use what you like. We web developers will - at least most of us - try to make websites be universal.
undoubtedly Firefox is the best other has stolen its features or taken ideas from it. I initially used IE then moved to opera but once i started using Firefox in never turned to other, since last 2003 till date.
firefox
IE
Opera
chrome
other i don't know, neither want to try.
d best search engine is Google similarly
d best browser is Google Chrome
i use all the 5 main browsers and to put them in order of best to worst
#1 opera its hand geusters, widgets, plugins and pure smothness is just amazing to use
#2 chrome its cool and fast but looks a bit lame you can change its skin but also its really just not smooth but it has good apps which is a winner
#3 firefox crashes like always (chrome dose too) and dosn't have that many special features but looks good and is easy to use
#4 internet explorer not very attractive but works great very decent browser though
#5 safari its just crap can't use it even though it downloads quite fast its just really stupid and hard to use also the text just looks blare
google chrome is the best
i use all the major common browsers and i consider safari as the best......and nothing else.....try it you 'll surely like it.
If you plan on using opera, there is some things you have to do.
1 Turn off plug-ins (allow them to run when you say so)
--Settings-Preferences-Advanced-Content-enable plug-ins only on demand
2 Go back to Advanced-Network-Server Name Completion-Uncheck Look for local network machine
3 Advanced-Browsing-Loading-Redraw Instantly
4 Advanced-Shortcuts-Enable Single Key Shortcuts

There is a new sessions feature, be sure to use that. You may want to learn hand gestures.
